This is the most common asked question. We ask that we have access to the front door without any vechicles blocking our way bringing in equipment from the van. We love pets and want to make sure they don't run out the front door unless they are trained to stay in the yard. If we are moving furniture please make us aware before the day of the cleaning so we can prepare extra time for your cleaning. It would be more cost effective to have it moved prior to our arrival.

Typically it takes 1-3 hours for your carpets to dry. Some variables may be a thicker pile that might take longer to dry or some contaminants in the carpets or rugs need extra moisture to flush out thoroughly.

No, it is not a requirement to be home during the service as long as we have access for entry. You will get alerts to your cell phone when we are in route, at your residence, and when we are finished with the cleaning. If we have your email address on file, we can send your invoice via email and you can pay it directly from that seamlessly.

Yes! We can steam clean carpets or we can preform another type of cleaning called "vlm" or very low moisture. Depending on the severity of the soil load or contaminants in your carpets vlm may not be the best option.

If they are newer carpets and to keep the warranty in good standing it is a requirement to have them professionally steam cleaned once a year. We recommend vacuuming your traffic areas 2-3 times a week or more depending on your household. If you have pets or little ones that are on the carpets daily, we recommend having them cleaned every 5-6 months and 10-12 months without little one's or pets.

We clean carpets, area rugs, upholstery wood, vinyl, laminate, wood, terrazzo, and also clean tile and grout! Protect your cleaning investment by having us put a protector on your fabrics or sealant on your grout. We don't use water based protectors on your carpeted floors or upholstery, we use a solvent protector that will defend your fibers against spills & stains longer.

Yes! We have cleaning tile and grout down to a science. From ceramic to travertine we have you covered. We also seal grout and tiles if they are natural stone!

We have the strongest truckmounted system in the industry producing 220 degrees continuously with amazing suction for dry times! We also have a portable extractor that's capable enough to clean tile and grout for high rises where we are not able to run our hoses up to.

We move small items such as chairs and end tables if items are removed. If you need more items moved please make us aware before the cleaning so that we can prepare extra time for your cleaning. It would be more cost effective to have them moved prior to your cleaning day.

As long as we have permission from your HOA or building manager to run our equipment up the stairwell or the side of the building then yes. Please make us aware what floor your residence is on so we can do our best to accommodate for you.

No. We use only high end green chemicals that are safe for you and your loved ones. We have scent sensitive customers and earned their approval.

Yes we can! Our cleaning price reflects working very hard to restore your tile and grout. If your grout was not sealed prior to us cleaning it, we could find permanent stains embedded in the porous grout. Our next plan would be to offer a color sealant on top of your existing grout. We don't use cheap paints that flake or bubble up over time. We use a high end waterborne epoxy with built in sealer that will last for years.

We know our beloved pets have accidents. Blot up what you can as soon as possible with a cool damp cotton cloth then reach out to us to throughly flush and sanitize it.
